"We booked 2 nights to view the eclipse lakeside and it did not disappoint! The photos online, although quite beautiful, do not fully capture the beauty of this place. "This was a very convenient location to have beautiful lake views and a quick drive to Burlington. Only complaint is conflicting info about whether or not pets were welcome. Online listing said no but when we arrived a sign said pets were welcome so that was frustrating as we had to arrange care for our pets while we were away. Since we spent a good deal of our time at the home we would’ve really appreciated being able to bring our dog."

"I had a great experience at this property! It was the perfect place to watch the eclipse, and made a a great home base. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was, as far as dining ware and cookware goes. We needed to call Albert to turn up the heat, but he arrived promptly and was very pleasant to interact with. We loved the decor of the place, and would love to return if we find ourselves in the neighborhood again."

"This hotel does not have the best reviews online. Nevertheless, our stay was a pleasant one. We visited for the eclipse, so the property was fully booked. They had extra staff and made an effort by handing out goodie bags including eclipse glasses. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.
