"No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. "The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."

"We loved staying here! We even extended our stay by 4 extra days/ Staff has been amazing and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. "Excellent and super kind staff with genuine desires to help! A group of us stayed here for many days and all had a great time. A restaurant in the hotel opens at 7 AM and closes at 10 PM serves very nice foods. Areas within 1.5 miles radius are full of excitements with all kinds of street vendors, all within walking distances. This hotel is very close to the city center, where courts, local police, national police and first responders are located. So, naturally, it is safe area to be. High mountain peaks are all viewable and hiking trails can lead to the local hill top that is approximately 11,000 feet above sea level, roughly 2 miles of walking. Once you’re on the top, you can see the whole Huaraz city."
