Didn't like that they changed me for three rooms now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. I ordered two kings then called before leaving for my trip and was told I only have one so wound up ordering another room. Then when I arrived told I have 3 rooms told them I only need 2 but they went ahead and changed me for three. On a tight budget on a trip and this did not help. It's okay to be without money at home but not when you are away from home. I did like Nick and the breakfast was exceptional and the checkout and breakfast hours were above average. Room was nice.

This property needs to be updated. Carpets are worn and appear dirty. The shower head had little water pressure. It appeared the water holes in the shower head might be clogged. The water only came out a few of the holes. The breakfast was good and the dining area clean.

Spring Hill Suites Greetings with a Smile

We just checked in this evening but are more than satisfied with the front desk and our room. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and attentive. He answered our questions thoroughly and gave us helpful information. Our stay has so far been exceptional!

Other than our check-in experience, our 1 night stay was good. When we walked up to the desk to check in the young man looked at us and said "what can I do for you two?" Seriously? Nothing like a rude welcome the moment you step inside the property! Otherwise our stay was uneventful. Room was small but clean and quiet. Wont stay at this Hampton property again.

We arrived late 1am 8/27. The room was very small. One light beside the bed, the light bulb was burned out, very inconvenient. The hotel clerk could not find lightbulbs. There we're two of us and only one coffee cup, non water cups. The hot tub was out of order, heater broken. This is not a 3 star hotel. Well below Hampton Inn Standards.
