Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Heated floors in bathroom with a nice overhead rain shower. Room on the 6th floor is cold however even with turning up the heat. Staff is kind and it’s easy to use the app to make requests.

The room was fantastic with a great location. The inclusion of parking made the stay even better. The room was clean and had wonderful views. Perfect for a short or longer stay. The only issue we encountered was that when we went to retrieve our keys from the key cafe at 4, they were not there. We had to contact the provider and wait in the convience store until 4:30 when the housekeeping brought the keys. This delayed our plans as we had dinner reservations for our show that night. But that being said, once the keys were there, it was a simple checkin. I would definietly stay here again in the future.
