"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. 2/10 Terrible

"This is the worst place I have even been. We arrived after hauling our luggage to the far side of the campground at least 6 city blocks. The key worked very poorly and the door was hard to open. Inside this small camper like space was dirty and full of ants , the minute we placed our bags down they became covered by ants . There was urine on the wall behind the toilet. We left without staying even one night we were informed that we would not get a refund but it was bad enough we decided to cut our losses and leave anyway."

"This property has some really nice rooms. We have the superior suite and I must say it was very nice. Very clean and spacious. Where are the resort lacked was customer service. When we arrived, the staff didn’t seem very friendly and gave us vague directions to our room and was unclear. We had to return shortly for further direction because the instructions were very unclear and we were lost. Out stay included breakfast, but we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The bacon was uncooked and the scrambled eggs look like soup as well. The service was lacking, and there were long lineups for the coffee machines. There was a coffee maker in our room, which was good, but we were only given one coffee for two people. When we were checking out, they were not very friendly. They couldn’t be bothered to ask us how our stay was or communicate at all. Out of the four hotels that we’ve stayed in in Rome this had the least friendly staff. I think this place has a lot of potential if they just were more friendly and helpful. We also asked if they had shuttle service and this was not available which was a shame because a taxi is €75 to airport. The overall location was not great either 20 minute walk to train station."

"Huge thanks to the staff for accommodating my late arriving flight from Nice, past the shuttle bus departure time from the airport to the hotel. They were kind enough to send another team member out to get me outside of the scheduled time! And it's a FREE service. Most other hotels charge 50-plus euros for the transfer. The room was excellent as well, with fine marble appointments in the bathroom, and,clean as a whistle. I didn't have time to experience amenities (fitness area?), maybe next time! Radici restaurant was also very good. Again, thank you for making my last day & night in Rome very comfortable and hassle free."
