"We had a wonderful time! The location is unbeatable and close to a great park for our kids. It’s very walkable and quiet. Close to the CDA resort and a short walk to the river and lake. The house was charming and efficiently stocked. The primary bed was very comfortable and my husband and I both slept great! The fireplace and hot tub were our favorite features! The host was very communicative and kind as well. Would definitely stay again. If you are sensitive to pets, this may not be the place as it is pet friendly. But otherwise, it’s a fantastic and charming find, especially in the winter when we went. "

Would highly consider it again in the summer months due to its proximity to downtown, tubbs Hill, the CDA trails etc etc. The hosts were in touch and available in case we needed anything. "

"The home was exactly as represented in the photos, but even better in person. The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our large family. The appliances are all top notch, as was the workout equipment in the gym. The beds initially felt quite firm, but were very comfortable and we ended up sleeping great! Would DEFINITELY stay here again. We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and felt this one was the nicest and highest quality. We also appreciated how friendly and helpful the rental management staff was. 10/10 recommend!!! "
