「Walking distance to center」

「I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

「le foto non corrispondono,a detta della signora ha ristrutturato. la casa su tre piani con scale strette e ripide. parcheggio a circa 300 mt gratuito in strada. la casa era un cantiere aperto,fili che escono da prese,scarichi non funzionanti,idromassaggio non collegato,maniglia porta balcone mancante, colature di vernice/calce ovunque.sedie traballanti. Signora gentile ci ha dato informazioni ma non ha risposto alle critiche. localita ottima per visitare i dintorni.」
