We vacation every year and I have to say this was the absolute worst experience ever. This place was not cheap for my family. The pictures online actually looked good. When I first pulled up the house looked nothing like expected, no problem I thought , the interior pics looked good. We get inside and I realized they only took pictures of the few nice areas. The furniture in the house is very old. The flooring is separated, the drywall in the garage is in need of repair and on and on. The pool area furniture is very dated and gets you nasty with black stuff when you sit on it. The pool itself is pretty nice. The AC system DOES NOT keep the house cool. It’s 80 degrees inside during the day and maybe 75 at night. There are only one outlet per room no where near the bed so expect to charge your phone in the bathroom. Two ceiling fans do not work. All of the remotes had dead batteries. There are two refrigerators neither of which get real cold. The pull out couch mattress has big nasty stains on it. The couch itself in the other room is also covered in nasty stains. The biggest and most concerning issue is my kids were constantly bit in their sleep by what I believe are bed bugs. This was Every night until I went and bought an air mattress. When I tried to speak to the property manager about this she just tried to make excuse after excuse. We actually cut or vacation short and just left. Very disappointed
