Great ocean front home for a family vacation! The host has created a home away from home for a perfect holiday. The welcome cookies were a special and appreciated treat! Everyone in the family enjoyed the pool and game room. The beds were comfortable and the kids’s bedroom/game area provided both fun and privacy. The kitchen is well appointed and met our every need. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Location

Greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and right on the beach. It is a public beach, but well maintained with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Speaking of water, we loved that there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us. Would stay again.

The house was very clean and had lots of space. The location right on the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool during our stay was ice cold because of the low temperatures and no sun on the pool. A little outdated furniture but that didn't hinder our stay but if replaced would make the house even better. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed at this beach house in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach access was private and super convenient, and the pool was a perfect bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again.
