  • Welcome to Sandcastles 708 managed by Happy Palm Stays! This condo features two-bedroom, two bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space for your home cooked meals. A living room to enjoy that opens up to a private balcony!
    As a guest, you'll have direct access to the beach, which is just steps away, as well as a heated community pool and hot tub, a tennis court, and spacious parking. Explore nearby attractions, including charming seaside cafes, downtown Cocoa Beach, water sports, and various beachside activities. Plus, you're conveniently close to Orlando theme parks, Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center!

    Please note there is a large hotel complex being built next door to Sandcastles. The work is Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

The view was amazing, easy access to the beach was great, and the condo was clean and equipped with everything you could want. I would highly recommend this as a lovely place to enjoy an uncrowded beach with beautiful views. We plan on returning later in the year!

Amazing views located right on the beach, This condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Best and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation. Communication with the rental staff was excellent. Loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

The Apartment was nice, the view on the beach was excellent. The Appartement had a direct access to the beach. To find the Appartement Building was a challenge and the pool was over crowded.

A quick getaway for me any my husband.

Enjoyed the condo, beach, pool, and just doing nothing. Reading on the balcony listening to the waves was the best!! Didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything needed. Highly recommend!!

Overall great experience, great location. We were involved in a car accident about an hour from Sandcastle in Cocoa Beach and would be the next day before we could arrive. Our manager went to the condo to get our pre ordered grocery order and put tjem in refrigerator

An Unforgettable Beachside Experience at Happy Palm Stays
