Jump on this opportunity now the entire Cocoa Beach area is fully booked and has a waiting list almost everywhere.

This is a rare gem to find a beachfront condo available during season.
Owner made several updates last year and is making additional updates for season

The space
Unlike most condos in Cocoa Beach this unit has a full kitchen and a bathtub shower combination Additionally the flat panel TVs are larger than other rentals.

It is just a brief walk off of the sand dunes to access the beach.

The building has BBQ units available in front of the beach and you have access to use the restaurant next door at the resort with a private connecting door.

They have fantastic bands almost every night.

Huge discount now for construction near by from April to August.

Sofa bed is damaged but the mattress is still accessible and there is a couch and love seat.

The unit was beautiful. But the outside was not so much. Sidewalks chip paint looked very run downed. But the unit inside was clean and very inviting. Just need to update the outside property

It was ok

The condo wasn’t clean on arrival. You have to pay for laundry soap and pay to use washer and dryer if you want clean towels. When I called property manager I was told one towel would be fine per person for the 5 days we were there. Condo has cockroaches as well.

hard beds

This property is in an older building. I was a little apprehensive at first but, it was okay. The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. A 2" foam topper would help tremendously.

Unreliable renter

I made my reservation on VRBO nearly a year ago. Paid full price, which I didn’t like, but VRBO has a good cancellation policy. So as we near the time for me to depart from home I find no entry info from the owner. Calls are unresponsive. I called the condo. They didn’t know anything besides I couldn’t get in anyway because association dues were not paid. I had no choice but to initiate cancellation to get my money back. The owner said no money back then changed to only half because my reason wasn’t good enough. I contacted VRBO and they would look into it. I called VRBO every week and they we’re still looking into it. Finally they sent me a paper outlining the process. I called the credit card company and they refunded my money immediately. So I got out of that bad deal because of Visa not because of the owner or VRBO or cancellation policy. I used my returned money to secure a different place, not on VRBO. That vacation was wonderful. A big Thankyou goes out to VISA and place I was able to stay at.

Location good unit bad

Although some aspects of the property were good like location close to the beach and the building itself was good but there were many aspects that did not meet our expectations. The furniture was shabby and worn out. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, the floor was dirty and turned your feet black. It is in need of attention and renovations. We paid too much for what we got.

Great location, pet friendly

Our family of four enjoyed our stay and we are so glad the home is pet friendly. Owner was quick to repond to our inquiries. Loved that it is close to downtown Mt. Dora. More serving dishes are needed, but otherwise the kitchen was adequately stocked.

Spacious and clean

The house has good space and lay out. The garage is very convenient too. We were three couples and were visiting the springs at apopka and 4th of july celebration at mount dora . Very nice neighborhood. The description says king size bed and two beds in each room. And it wasnt so. The property is lacking a lot of supplies such as kitchen items cups. glasses. . We had no towels . No extra bed linens. no bath tissue. The cleaning fee is $130 i was expecting more .

Location, Location, Location - On the Beach!!!

I specifically wanted this location because of the proximity to the beach. It was a good value for the location. The outside property was clean with attractions, activities and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our 50 foot walk from our door to the beach as well as Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon, Gregory's Steak & Seafood, and the Pier to name a few. The property management was available and friendly as well as offering additional information about area attractions. However, we were surprised upon a late evening arrival after 8 pm to find dirty dishes in dishwasher and cupboards. The amenity of dish soap wasn't provided. A complimentary 1-3 oz bottle of dish soap can make a big impression upon arrival of a new guest. I also wasn't aware it was our responsibility to clean our unit prior to departure. I guess that is why our unit had dirty dishes upon arrival. My error since I needed to read these details regarding the unit versus assuming it was provided. It was good value though for the location.

Great house; walk to historic district

Double master suites are ideal for sharing by two couples Garage is a great benefit; makes for easy loading and unloading of vehicle Walking distance to beautiful lakefront historic area (gorgeous sunsets!) 5 minute drive to huge Renninger’s Antique Extravaganza Rented for month of February 2016 House is new to the rental market and is still being outfitted Living area needs more furniture, lamps, etc. Dining area could use larger table/chairs Kitchen needs more baking dishes, cooking utensils, glassware, kitchen table, etc. Beautiful neighborhood of well-maintained homes Timely refund of security deposit

Nice home great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Mount Dora home. There were no major problems but when a minor issue came up Gary and the property manager were very helpful. The house is very roomy with an open floor plan and the location is great as Mount Dora is a very interesting town and located close to Orlando and Daytona Beach.
