"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."
