Experience the ultimate Coachella Valley getaway at our expansive 5-bedroom, 3-bath haven. Perfect for groups of up to 18, our hideaway is outfitted with luxurious amenities to amplify your stay. This includes an expansive patio, heated swimming pool and spa, a spacious grilling area with fire pit and pickleball court.

Indulge in our vibrant game room, offering a plethora of games including basketball, foosball, pool table, and arcade games. Plus, keep entertained with three smart TVs and revel in an open-concept living space blending seamlessly with a well-appointed kitchen.

Unlock exclusive discounts including up to 15% off for a 4-night stay, 20% off for weekly stays, 25% off for two weeks and a sensational 30% off for three weeks. Have a longer duration in mind? Enjoy a remarkable 40% off for monthly bookings!

Situated a mere 7-minute drive from the Coachella festival grounds, this retreat is perfectly positioned for ultimate convenience. Plus, for larger groups (up to 30), we have an additional property in the vicinity (no pool) that can comfortably host an extra 10/12 guests.

Please note, while pets are welcome, additional fees may apply.

Our resort-style backyard is designed for leisure. Complete with a pool and spa, pickleball court, outdoor fireplace with custom-built seating, and outdoor dining and BBQ area, you`ll relish every moment spent here.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender, ready to whip up your favorite meals, while extra trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

Each bedroom promises ultimate comfort. Bedroom 1 offers two twin beds, Bedroom 2 a king bed, Bedroom 3 and 4 each with a king and two queen beds respectively (both with desks and en suite bathrooms), and Bedroom 5 featuring two full beds.

You`ll also have access to three full bathrooms, each outfitted with a blow dryer, bath towels, hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional towels are located under each bathroom sink.

Please consider our neighbors during your stay and adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm to 8 am.

Lastly, please note our swimming pool waiver and release of all claims and assumption of risk. Great house

The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. There were 13 of us, so the living and dining rooms were a little small. It was hard to all watch a movie together. The kitchen could use a couple of sharp knives and mixing bowls also a new can opener too. The backyard is very spacious with a beautiful pool and patio.Rita was great, always promptly available to help with any questions.
