Club de Golf Val-Morin

The room was large and clean. It’s an old style hotel with huge double sink bathroom and a giant shower. However, everything was falling apart inside. The lever to flash the toilet fell off and we flashed using the lever straight in the tank. The bathroom door locks are finicky; we locked ourselves from the bathroom twice and opened it ourselves, as the hotel’s maintenance staff lives far and we would have had to wait hours to get it opened. The shower did not have enough water pressure and the handle to the door was falling off. Breakfast was included, but it was very poor. No hot food, just cold pastries, cereal, sweet yogurt and coffee. We got the place for its location, and that was good. All in all I would not recommend it for the money we paid ($250/night.)

Magnificent stay, I’ll definitely be back & stay longer!

Arrived at8pm we were told we had the best apartment in the building unpacked everything went for dinner and picked up breakfast items to start our day's when we got back the refrigerator wasn't working went to the front desk they told us there wasn't anything they could do it had been broken for over a month. We then had to repack all off our belongings and move to another apartment 2 day's later we decided to do a load of laundry and the washer didn't work !!! I believe we are entitled to get a partial refund especially since we paid top dollar and were so inconvenienced.
