"It's a fabulous place in a beautiful setting. The food in their restaurant is great and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The only reason I gave less than five stars on property condition is because the rooms don't have temperature controls or even fans to move air. "Have you ever wanted to stay in an Irish Cottage on the Cliffs above the sea, but were afraid you'd not have modern amenities? Once Upon A Time is the place for you! Located right off Sky Road with sweeping views of the bay and Atlantic, this stone house has five bedrooms, four and a half baths, modern kitchen and three sitting rooms. It is so comfortable you will be happy to sit and enjoy the view rain or shine. Less than 15 minutes to the town of Clifden with its format restaurants, grocery stores, spa and shops. Klyemore Abbey, Killary Sheep Farm and Connemara National Park are less than an hour away. We had a party of six and were very comfortable. Highly recommend this home away from home!"
