「The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area.」

Also - I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke and did notice a lingering odor, particularly from the couch.
