Escape to our stylish 3-bedroom retreat, perfectly designed for families or small groups looking to relax in comfort. Nestled in the heart of Elwood, this bright and spacious home offers modern amenities, cozy furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. it's within 10 minutes of Downtown, The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and most other Cleveland Attractions.
1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. Please wash any dishes, coffee pot and filter.
4. NO SMOKING indoors.
5. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
6. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability.
No requests less than 24 hours prior.

We did not stay but we paid. We could not access the property in accordance with the instructions provided and when we contacted the management company as we were standing in the dark trying to open the door, I requested they send someone with a key but they did not help in any way. We were forced to find other accommodations for the first night because we were locked out and no one came to let us in, it was dark out, we had traveled all day and we were hungry and tired. The next morning we contacted them again, hoping to salvage the weekend. Got an answering machine and left a voice message at 10:00 am on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and STILL no one has called me back. DO NOT MESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company since they failed to provide the service they promised. I’ve never in my life dealt with such incompetence in the hospitality business. Just unbelievable.
