「I wanted to give this place a 5 stars so badly. The loft was well kept and stocked! The decor was beautiful and although the building seems to be historic, the unit was very nice. My only issue was that the code I was originally given and the key fob did not work. We eventually figured it out with the host and I was given assurance of assistance if I had any further issues. However, not knowing if I was going to have issues getting back in the loft every time we had to leave didn’t fare...

「The room was poorly equipped. The kitchen was missing pans to cook and only had silverware for 3 people. There were enough towels but only 2 washcloths and 4 people in our party. The worst part was only having one key fob to get into the building and up the elevator. There were multiple times our group wanted to split up or someone come back early but we were unable because of only one building/elevator key. We ask for a second one and were told no. We also asked for a parking pass for $15 as...
