**For permission to have events of up to 110 people...(and similar special events), there is an additional charge of $995-$2895 which is waived if you stay 7 nights or more** (Fee is in tiers depending on how many guests above 50 you're requesting)..

Cancellation policy : All cancellations are subject to $285 fee. Cancellations <120 days prior to arrival result in forfeiture of deposit. This overrides the pre-fab VRBO 60 day policy. It's essential as we need at least 120 days to re-book a property of this size and caliber (guests tend to plan in advance and not book homes like this "last minute")
