"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Through some Google searching, I was able to find the property management company in charge of the apartment complex where this property is located (FPI Management). I spoke with a representative...

"Great hosts and great communication whenever I needed something (e.g. front door system was malfunctioning and only worked with a key and the owner did drive some distance to help me get into the property when I forgot the key inside). I have to comment on of a few things: my room needed some vacuuming as there were spider webs in the corners of the room on my arrival. "Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years…."
