This place was renovated recently so the beds are nice and they have modern looking finishes.... but it's all skin deep. Reno job completed cheaply and left MANY noticeable unsightly deficiencies. Flooring doesn't go all the way to the cupboards, big gaps. Holes in the wall where outlets should be, kitchen pretty minimal for supplies but not bad. Front door jamb was nearly shredded looked like someone attempted to break the door down awhile ago, they "repaired" it by putting a few screws into the cracked door frame from the wall side. All doors i used had old tired or broken knobs/locks. Bathroom didn't lock. I could go on. Cleaning lady was great, very helpful, did her best but looked like she could use better supplies. Dollar store cleaning equipment. We had a great time at the fire pit area at the back but there was a totally broken dirty table out there. We had a good time and made the best of it, I think it was a fair price for what we got. Overall, this place desperately needs a full time maintenance person to make the property way more presentable.
