Little Blue on Lakeview. Come enjoy all Clear Lake has to offer in our newly renovated cottage on S Lakeview! This house has all the amenities needed for a perfect lake getaway! Public lake access is less than a block away. Have a BBQ on the deck and roast some s'mores in the backyard firepit. Walk 0.6 miles to State Park or 1.5 to downtown and enjoy all Clear Lake has to offer. Driveway is big enough to park your truck and boat.

This was actually one of the nicest rental experiences I have had. The house is cute and clean and has everything you might need - lots of little things I find I usually need to bring myself (coffee, paper plates and plastic silverware, paper towels, etc). The TVs in each room were a nice touch and the beds were comfy. We could bike to State Park beach in 5 minutes! The checkout process was also so easy and checkout tasks were VERY reasonable. It was a very good experience.

This was my favorite place we have rented in Clear Lake over the many years we have come to town. The house was clean, welcoming, and just the right size for our family of 3. One bed in particular was so comfy! There were plenty of bath and beach towels to use, a nice little yard, and a deck. I wish we would’ve had more time to use the air hockey table, bike, and fire pit. Generally, the house had a great vibe/feel to it.

The home is exactly as described, it is comfortable (beds especially are very comfortable) and in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner has made available almost anything you could need for an enjoyable stay.

Nice stay. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Somewhat small, but we expected that. Was very well equipped with good coffee and filters, snacks and water. Really enjoyed the fire ring and sitting on deck.

A very nice place. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is that the coffee pot is difficult to use. Maybe get a new coffee pot or write directions that it takes a while before you can hit brew. Thank you!

Even great in the winter

Used for one night while we went to a concert at The Surf, so even we didnt enjoy the lake we could see it. The price was right. Perfect distance from the Surf. Enough room for 6 adults. Had everything you would need to entertain. Looks small on the outside but the inside had lots of space.

The home was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty small but for a weekend...not a problem. The lake was just across the street and the town was easy to get around in. The parks were beautiful and everything was neat as a pin.

First time to Clear Lake

This was our first time Clear Lake and this was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It’s perfectly located to the beach both the State Park beach and City Beach. A very short drive to downtown and we found the perfect public golf course. Little Blue is also a little gem. Just the right size for us and very well stocked with everything we needed. A lovely home that was very comfortable, clean and offered us the relaxing time at home after our time out and about.

Perfect Little Cottage

It is conveniently located and it has all of the things we were looking for and even some we weren’t! Coffee in the morning and a little bar to go with it was a highlight! The fire ring in the backyard was a nice relaxing activity after driving there. Super to work with- will stay here again if we are in the area!

College gathering

Wonderful place to stay. Only thing is to make sure whoever is staying there does not turn deadbolt on accident on way out. The owner had husband come and unlock door for us. Please tell him we appreciated it! Good idea might be to leave keys to kitchen door in a secret place. We had a great college gathering!
