"What a great place. Nothing fancy but with plenty of nature and ambiance. Very peaceful and beautiful. It is clear this is a concert and outdoor meeting venue that is designed to host large numbers of people but this weekend, just a few campers. The place was clean and in good shape. "Since they asked for a five star review multiple times, even explaining that a five star review is much different for a rental than it is for a hotel, I looked up the expectations for a five star rating. I am unable to do more than two. I won't comment on the rustic-ness of the place, with one exception, as that was advertised. "It was peaceful.....the kids was a lil freaked out b/c of no privacy due to windows and patio was an open view to look out and ppl to look in : upstairs room and living room. Pls put up blinds or curtains for privacy. Other than that our stay was pleasant. Umm... Need instructions for wifi. We didnt need it but the info for it was unavailable"

"Internet access was poor to none. There were bugs in the ice in the ice machine. The cold water out of the tap never got colder than tepid. Otherwise, all was good and clean. Outside noise level was surprisingly quiet in spite of our room being on the truck stop side. "

"It was warm in the room when we arrived but it did cool down by bed time. There were no cups in the room but I was able to get them from the front desk. The only other issue is lighting. I am legally blind and the canister lighting, though stylish, is not sufficient. That isn’t anyone’s fault but I want to bring that to your attention. All in all, it was a great stay "
