「One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Room keys wernt given to us at check in, the light in the pool room flickered constantly for 3 days, there was a bug carcus on our bed.. coffee whitener was expired..made me sick to my stomach.. night audit maria was very rude to guests and yelling and screaming pointing aggressive manners... they said they would open breakfast up 15 min early for us to help accommodate early check outs, and maria wouldnt even turn the lights on for us!! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is of great quality. It was a perfect layover stay during my long drive. 」

「最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。」
