"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Emme Hotel! This place is a hidden gem elegant, freshly renovated (as of April 2025), and simply stunning. The room was beautifully upgraded, and the bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. The shower? Spa-worthy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful they gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations, and every single one was a hit! Emme Hotel easily deserves a five-star rating. It’s modern, cozy, and full of charm. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
