Second stay here because the first time was so good. Even though the design speaks for itself, it's real hospitality and dedication from the staff that makes the difference, porters are kind and helpful. Checkin staff looks you in the eye and smiles at you. Your welcome drink is poured to you with several tasting options by the bar keep--even though it's complementary-- still giving that extra touch of service is really impressive. Everything was being actively cleaned as I went through my stay.
