Room was nice, spacious, well appointed, with modern amenties. Restaurant buffet was robust and beautiful (cruise boat equivalent) appropriate for kids and most adult travelers but not high-end in case anyone is expecting that. Desserts were more miss then hit for some reason. Appreciated great concierge support, including Wilson for travel. Pool and pool bar were enjoyable. Gym was fine. Lovely stay. Great service. "That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid."
