To access the villa there is a path which is 500cm wide. The are no steps but there is a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. Access to the terrace from the front of the house is via a path of 90cm. Alternatively, the terrace can be accessed via the patio doors. The terrace is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom and shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
