Clean, modern hotel tucked away down a side street. Quick walk to Venice Mestre Station where trains into Venice were extremely frequent. Breakfast was simple but delicious and food items replenished quickly. Room was spotless, bathroom and beds excellent. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff and absolute cute bedroom with a balcony. Clean but would need a renovation.

Access to Venice from their dock was terrific.

an immense thank you to Francois at the front desk, a true wealth of knowledge and a great young man. The tub on the patio in our room made for some nice relaxing moments. The cafés nearby were all wonderful especially take time to go to Bistrot Al Balcon and say hello to Murad

The rooms and facilities are clean . All the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean except that the wash sink drainage is quite slow. No restaurant in the hotel but there is breakfast service everyday for 8 Euro - it has good variety of traditional breakfast items. I liked that the hotel is within a walking distance ( about 1.4 km ) from the Marco Polo airport . And there is public bus service from the airport to the hotel - ACTV Line 5. Take the bus to the bus stop named “ ORLANDA PINEROLO” near the hotel. It is the second stop from the airport. Need to request for the stop otherwise the bus driver will not stop. Google “ Marco Polo airport bus schedule and route stops “ for more detail information. You could tap & pay with (1)credit card on the bus (2) buy bus ticket at the airport automatic ticket machine in the baggage reclaim area (3)the “ Venezia Unica “ ticket office in the Arrivals Hall (4) buy ticket at The ACTV ticket machine at the bus boarding shelter. One way ticket costs 10 - 12 Euros depending on the recent price adjustment. If your final destination is Venice, take the ACTV Line 5 to the end of the line from the Marco Polo airport - luggages are allowed onto the bus. Good luck! Enjoy your stay at Venice. Chao !
