"Hotel was spacious, clean, basic amenities. Stay was good and staff was very friendly."

"The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty. "

The only problem was the “family entertainment” in the evenings with extremely loud and could be heard thumping through until well after midnight. This made sleeping a challenge until after. "The overall experience was great. Pierpaolo was really helpful ahead of and during our stay and went out of his way to help us. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."

"+ nice balcony with a nice view - extremely loud host (dog, vacuming at 6am / 11pm) - worst location with no efficient public transport / almost impossible to go by car due to small roads - no real communication on the part of the host - almost no kitchen supplies - nothing in bathroom is working properly - very secluded —> no shops, restaurants, etc. nearby - no appropriate coffee machine as written in the description"

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"Plenty of room for 8 couples. Host was very accommodating and worked through the check in with us since we had three different arrival times. Apartment is completely renovated. Will stay here again when in Rome."

"Our stay was great. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through. Had dinner in restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection. Everyone was very friendly. Our air conditioner was not working the greatest but with us only being there for one night it was ok. We told front desk at check out and she contacted maintenance to have a look at it. Over all great clean place and very affordable. "

Perfect location away from inner city noise.,

"The room was spotless clean, everything from washing machine, to aircon, tv with netflix, fully equipped kitchenette and clean white bedding. The towels and bedding were changed daily and the cleaners came to clean floors, bathrooms and bedrooms everyday. Not so close to the city, meant chilling on the balcony at night was not too noisy. Getting around rome from Altea suites was easy too, even with a family of 5. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and takes you directly to the Laurentina train station where you can go to all the main train stations in Rome. There is also an abundance of local restaurants near the hotel that we walked to, theres a carrefour right around the corner as well as cafes and then the bus to the beach is a stones throw away. We loved our stay and did so much in the week. It was lovely after a long day of walking around Rome, to come home to a clean hotel suite and have a shower, jump into the clean white sheets and watch some tv. "
