"Schöne Lage im alten Ortskern. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und recht schön. Alles in Ordnung somit. Wenn man am Wochenende übernachtet, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass es auf der Piazza unterhalb des Zimmers sehr laut werden kann und das bis weit in die Nacht. Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne. Wir hatten an einem Sonntag eine Band die bis 23:45h gespielt hat und anschließend waren noch Gäste und Einwohner da die bis mindestens 01:00h sehr laut waren. "Nous avons adoré l’endroit The Poet : il est idéalement situé pour découvrir La Spezia. Le décor est magnifique, notre chambre était spacieuse et nous avions même un balcon en plus. Le déjeuner est incroyablement bon, vraiment complet et généreux. Les réceptionnistes ont été très accueillantes et nous ont suggéré d’excellents restaurants. Un gros WOW !"

"Upon checking in the front desk was very nice and helpful. It went downhill from there. Beds very uncomfortable, hard. Bathroom smelled of sewer which they try to cover up with incense. It took 15 minutes for hot water to get to the shower. Breakfast place was good, we could not find it the first day. Other than that location is good, and easy to find. Based on the places I have stayed I think there are probably better options out there as this place was on the expensive side for what you receive."

"Soggiorno davvero piacevole da Renata. La casa è bella, curata, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, adatta sia per pochi giorni che per permanenze più lunghe.Renata è stata gentilissima fin dal check-in: ci ha aspettati senza problemi ed è stata molto disponibile.La zona è tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per staccare dal caos quotidiano.Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato, abbastanza ampio e facile da usare. In più c’è un grazioso giardinetto con tavolo, perfetto per fare colazione o un aperitivo la sera.La posizione è ottima: la stazione si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti a piedi, quindi è perfetta per prendere il treno e visitare comodamente le Cinque Terre senza doversi preoccupare del traffico e dei parcheggi.Le stanze erano ordinate e si percepisce attenzione ai dettagli in tutta la casa. Consigliatissimo!"

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"This hotel is in a wonderful location if you're planning on seeing Cinque Terre. The rooms are nice and updated, staff are lovely and the breakfast is wonderful! Set in the mountains with massive trees and beautiful surroundings, but only a 20 minute drive to the coastline. Parking is easy and included. You won't lose out by staying here. Hotel Abetaia is a winner. "
