"Ehlich gesagt ist die Wohnung eine Zumutung. Es wundert mich auch nicht mehr, dass es bei der Anzeige keine Fotos vom Bad gibt, es ist eine Katastrophe .Die gesamte Wohnung ist schmutzig, modriger Geruch hinter scheußlichen Wandverkleidungen. Überall hohe Absätze zwischen den Türen. ( mein Mann ist gleich gestürzt ). Es gab kein Licht im Schlafzimmer, Elektrik gefählich, im " Bad" Schimmel, gerissene Glasscheibe, kaputte Fließen, und..und..und. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist, das Bett war...

"Great location for visiting Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Vinci to name just a few. Host very helpful and his itinerary guidebook was best we have ever seen, lots great ideas of places to visit with useful information about where best to park etc. Good sized pool in beautiful garden. "

"The apartment was perfect for our spring trip with two families. We ended up spending most of our time in the large kitchen, cooking delicious Italian meals.The atmosphere and the view from the apartment is magical. The village itself is beautiful but very small and quite remote. A great place for quiet time with family and friends. We would gladly come back!"

"Property is beautiful everywhere you turn, straight out of a movie! Hotel is located at the top of a mountain and you get to over see the vineyards and cities., absolutely beautiful views. The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed. "

"Its a lovely hotel. Only hotel that gave me complimentary water. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff attended to me promptly. Rooms are neat and big and the ambience is very welcoming. Only issue is the distance. Its located along the highway on the outskirts of town. I cant say its worth the distance (1hr 30mins from town) but its a lovely hotel"

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
