"We really enjoyed our stay at AZZ Mérida Medea. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the beautiful historic city of Mérida. The room was big, comfortable, and clean, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel and a very pleasant place to stay when visiting Mérida. I would happily stay here again."

"Excellent location for viewing Mérida's outstanding Roman ruins. Lovely breakfast staff. Front desk could do a bit better on communication. They told us they were reserving breakfast for us at 11am but the was actually the time they closed. We even confirmed the time before leaving the front desk. Also they could not seem to understand I had reserved TWO rooms one for TWO people and the other for ONE person. Admittedly our Spanish isn't perfect but we do live in Spain and understand more than we can speak. Overall I'd say stay here if you have never been to a parador because it's a beautiful historic property in good proximity to the ruins and town center. "

"The property is beautiful. Next to the Plaza España and close to the train station. The room was quiet and spacious. An excellent Italian restaurant next door and walking distance to all the major Roman sites. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was all that I hoped for."

"This is the best place we could’ve stayed. Perfect location in the middle of town. Spacious, clean and all the little details you would think of. Milk and water in the fridge, little internal patio in the back, perfect location, beautiful house, everything works perfectly fine, even an elevator inside the house! Beds were comfortable, huge and modern bathrooms. Carmen waited for us to explain everything, and she and Javier were really nice and available for anything you would need. 100% recommended for one or many nights! "
