This Federal Style home offers 2,800 sq.ft. of living space, was built in 1835 and has three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room and living room.
Features include hardwood floors throughout, 12' ceilings and modern amenities. Every space in the house has been updated with modern touches while preserving it's 1830s craftsmanship.
Enjoy all that Circleville has to offer: within walking distance to Lindsey's Bakery, Wittich's Candy Shop, local restaurants & shopping.
The dining room offers seating for everyone and the kitchen has everything you need for the family.
You will have access to the entire home including the back porch with grill and the back yard.
