Nice location, incredible views, The apartment is big & very comfortable thinking that has only one bedroom! We where here in 4 people we loved it! The pool is magnificent! The only improvement we suggest is to change the sofa because is not comfortable for sleeping! Generally speaking we had a very nice vacation here for sure we will be back in the future!

Es hat uns gefallen. Die Betreuung war sehr gut beim Ein.- und Auschecken ein spezielles Lob. Was mir nicht klar war beim buchen, das der Hund vor Ort bezahlt werden muss. Darauf könnte besser hingewiesen werden.

Le Margherite

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Fewo Le Margherite und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden freundlich von Daniel empfangen, der uns alles zeigte und erklärte. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte sehr gepflegt und unsere Fewo war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig, schön schattig mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist toll. Kleinkinder können allerdings nicht darin stehen. Die Lage der Fewo ist gut. Bis nach San Lorenzo sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Einen Strand (steiniger Strand)in der Nähe erreicht man auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Ein Bäcker ist leider nicht fußläufig in der Nähe und einen Backofen zum Aufbacken gibt es in der Fewo nicht. Das muss man einplanen. War für uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

erholsamer Urlaub in toller Landschaft

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist über eine Treppe errreichbar. Sie ist geräumig und ruhig mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs bedurfte der Nachbesserung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 1,5 bis 3 km entfernt und es wurde das Auto zum einkaufen benötigt (sehr bergig, bis 20% Steigung). Sehr schöne Poolanlage, allerdings für nicht schwimmer ungeeignet (Wt: 1,5 - 3m), dafür für sportl. aktive top. Fazit: s. Titel der Bewertung

Meerblick top - aber Wohnung mit Sanierungsstau!

15 Jahre über NICHTS gemacht. Toaster ist genauso alt wie die Küchenzeile, Geschirr aus altem Bestand zusammengestoppelt, Frühstücksteller Mangelware. Wirkt alles schmuddelig. Spülmaschine kann man nur gut öffnen, wenn man Stromzufuhr zum Router unterbricht. Stecker wäre sonst im Weg. Duschwanne zeigt Schimmelbefall. Nur Waschmaschine ist neu. No Go 1: Poolbereich muss während Ruhezeit mittags verlassen werden. No Go 2: Wohnung darunter wird tageweise an Durchreisende vermietet - ständig laut!

Super Anlage und Ferienwohnung

Die Ferien Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist Top. ( Was uns sehr gestört hat und auch nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist das der Pool Öffnungszeiten hat und zwar erst ab 9.30 bis 13.00 und dann erst wieder von 15.00 bis 19.30 Uhr ). Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und groß. Super Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Einrichtung einfach aber gut. Lediglich die Matratzen sind sehr hart und die Couch zum ausziehen müsste Mal erneuert werden. Laufweg zum Pool ca. 50m.

Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine...

Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr ist auch da. Poolanlage sehr schön mit einem tollen Ausblick. Prospekte der Region haben wir erst am letzten Tag in der Schublade gefunden. Gestört hat mich: in der Wohnung waren Hundehaare. Es gehört auch mal feucht gewischt. Der Vermieter spricht nur italienisch. In weiteren Nachbarschaft gibt es 2 Hähne. Die um kurz nach 4:00 Uhr zum ersten Mal krähen und dann ab 05:00 Uhr ca. 1 Stunde. Wir würden wieder in die Unterkunft kommen. Reisetipps: Alassio (sonntags haben die Geschäfte bis 0:00 Uhr offen), nach Monaco sind es ungefähr 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. In Imperia kann man eine Wal–Schiffstour machen (ca. 4 Stunden – ohne das Anlegen des Schiffes zum abholen der Besucher gerechnet).

Der Pool und Ausblick sind Top. In der Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts. KaMa ist konventionell, also Filter und Pulver mitbringen. Top ist der überdachte Balkon. Es hat keine Klima, ist aber gut zu beschatten. Falls ihr kein ital. könnt, schickt dem Verwalter eine SMS, das funktioniert top. Reisetipps: Fahrt mit dem Fahrrad ans Meer, top Strände vor der Tür. Die 24km Radweg auf der alten Bahnstrecke: flach, kühle Tunnel, super Landschaftblick, gibt es so nirgends!!!

Aussicht und Pool waren gut....

Aussicht und Pool waren gut.Vermieter gab keine Tipps und fertigte uns bei der Rückgabe draußen ab. Internet nur 21 MBit, Badgeruch, Betten unbequem und nicht bezogen, Kühlschrank war bei Anreise aus, steile Anreise, schwer zu finden. Reisetipps: Einkaufen im Imperia, Olivenmuseum zu empfehlen. Es fährt wohl auch ein Bus in der Nähe.
