"The property is very old. There were dirty sheets and towells on the floor of a corridor for more than 24 hours, the front desk works some hours in the morning and after 5 pm in the afternoon. There is no AC, and the size of the rooms is extra small, even for Europe."

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
