- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Villa Cherubini is located on a hill, surrounded by olive groves, immersed in the tranquillity of the green Marche countryside with an extraordinary panorama that embraces, on one side, the gentle landscape, offering an excellent view stretching up to Monte Conero and, on the other, Cingoli, nicknamed the "Balcony of the Marche" for its breathtaking view extending as far as the Adriatic Sea, visible on the horizon. This villa, completely clad in stone, was reborn in 2020 thanks to the restoration of a typical country farmhouse. On the ground floor, a spacious living area welcomes guests with a large sitting room with dining area, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the first floor are four bedrooms, furnished in a classic, elegant style, all equipped with air conditioning, and, finally, three modern bathrooms. The outdoor spaces extend around the villa with olive trees, maritime pines, cypresses, native plants and a large lawn. Completing this evocative scene is a salt-purified swimming pool with a hydromassage area, ideal for relaxing while admiring a panorama that stretches as far as the eye can see: the perfect context for regenerating body and spirit, immersed in the rhythms of nature. Villa Cherubini, handed down from generation to generation, arose from the interest and passion of the owners for nature and for the extra virgin olive oil that this area of the Marche region offers in abundance. A few hundred metres from the villa is the family farm, which uses organic methods to produce this precious oil. The Cingoli area is also renowned for its wine cellars, which invite visitors to taste local wines accompanied by the typical gastronomic delicacies of the Marche. The strategic position of Villa Cherubini also allows easy access to art cities such as Macerata, the famous Sanctuary of Loreto and Ancona. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the villa is close to scenic routes, ideal for hiking or cycling, offering the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the surrounding natural beauty. Services and shops for basic necessities can be found in Frazione Torre, about 700 metres from the villa.

Interior:
The villa, approximately 140 sqm, is spread over two floors, not internally connected but only via an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR. Living room with fireplace and TV, dining area, kitchen with access to the pergola, and a guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR. Two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed) with en-suite bathrooms with showers, two double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), and a bathroom with a shower. The laundry/guest bathroom is located on the ground floor with an external entrance. Air condition in the bedrooms.
Park:
The 1500 sqm garden, partially fenced, is located at an altitude of 360 m and surrounds the villa. The garden is flat up to the pool, with a slight slope towards the olive grove. The spaces are enhanced by hedges, cypress trees, maritime pines, and centuries-old olive trees. The pergola, furnished with a table and chairs, offers a breathtaking view for outdoor dining. In the evening, strategic lighting creates a charming atmosphere around the pool and throughout the garden. External parking for 4 cars.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The panoramic swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa, about 10 meters away. Rectangular in shape, measuring 9x8 m, with half of the pool occupied by a beach area with a constant depth of 0.40 m and a hydromassage area. The remaining part has a depth of 1.50 m and two submerged steps. It is lined with PVC, with internal lighting. Salt-purified. Solarium area, paved in terracotta, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, and a solar shower. Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
