"A wonderful stay in stunning surroundings. The views on the road from the villa to Peso da Régua are simply breathtaking. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with every appliance you can think of. The beds are comfortable and all rooms have air conditioning. "Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was clean and for the most part quiet. We felt safe. There is no A/C so it can be hot inside when the weather is warm. There was good communication between the landlord and us, and they were accommodating and attentive to our needs. If you seek peace and quiet, and to cook your own meals, this is a good place. There isn’t much going on nearby, although there are a few cafés, coffee shops, and a bakery within a couple km of the apartment. If we are in that...
