「The people who has the hotel were very accommodating as we came in late and they had technically closed but they came and open the doors for us and got us settled and helped us with parking as we arrived in the middle of a festival - very friendly and nice people 」
「The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.」

The staff communicated fast and clearly when I had a little issue finding the right elevator. It was absolutely my fault for not reading carefully, and they guided me right away. 10/10 would stay again when I'm in town. 」
「We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Antonio helpfully arranged transport from the airport. Via Caronda was rather shabby but we never felt unsafe in the area - Via Etnea was just around the corner with buses to the city centre and a useful 24 hour coffee kiosk/bar on the corner of the square.
Our room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a small fridge. The garden was lovely to sit and unwind before heading out to one of the nearby restaurants and to enjoy breakfast....
