"Very rude front desk worker upon check in. Should have walked away. The only reason we stayed was because the manager was really nice and fixed the issue. We got into our room and it smelled so bad of smoke. No smoking hotel. We left and got back a little before midnight. The room next door had a birthday party I guess. They screamed, yelled,jumped,banged, opened doors and ran through the hallway til way past 4am. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Found out we weren't the only ones who did. Next morning took kids to breakfast no breakfast left at 8:03. Kids decided to swim and throw pool was overcrowded by that party. My kids got out due to them not being able to swim. Back in the room house keeper walked in our room while we were changing, never announced or knocked on the door. When confronted she laughed and walked away. We decided to check out and tell the manager what had happened. She apologized but nothing she would do. Says he had multiple complaints on that group. Said she might kick them out due to all the noises. Bad place. Also the halls reeked of pot and the rooms smelled. Don't waist your money nor time."

"The hotel is renovating in 2026, so ask for an updated room. The room I stayed in was overdue for new carpet (wrinkled and stained), furniture (bedside tables with heavily worn tops), and tub (finish wearing off)."

"Front desk worker was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was no good, our blanket on the bed had dried blood on the top of it. I was given a replacement, but had to go downstairs and grab it myself, and they didn’t have extra covers. It was noted on the registration that there were four guests, which our room slept… but we only were given two towels. The shampoo and body wash bottles in our shower were bone dry, the couch bed had crumbs EVERYWHERE, and the extra sheets for it looked like they had been through it. No towels available in the pool area. I only saw one worker the entire weekend and it was SO busy. Also, the ceiling above (and I’m assuming below) the ice machines were not okay, stained and peeling from leaks. Overall disappointing, but not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"Staff was friendly but there was an odd smell in the check in area the whole time we were there. We had to fix our own tv to get the cable to work because no one was there to help us. I wish this place had a free breakfast but then again we had to leave each morning before the breakfast bar opened for tournament games. The rooms were extremely noisy and could hear everything that happened in the halls and next door. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot."
