Charming 3BR/1 Full Bath modern Home. This location is centrally located on a quiet street. A comfortable unique home only 10mins from the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Findlay Market, Great American Ball Park, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center etc. The Queen City ranks No. 8 on Money Magazine’s list of the top 20 places to visit. This is a safe cozy hideaway for you and your family to explore Cincinnati.

A unique stylish Hideaway Home equipped with all the amenities to make your stay smooth and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with LED nightstands that have USB Plugs & Power outlets for easy charging accessibility. Master bedroom is equipped with 50 inch Tv to match the living room Tv. House is filled with unique pieces of wall art and LED lights all around the house. We have outside cameras recording at all times for your protection and protection of the property. Very comfortable property and quiet neighborhood.

Guest will have Full access to the entire home.
(ONLY FROM YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME & DATE)

I will be available throughout your stay. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send me a message at anytime.

Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever.
Host will be fair and treat each violation on a case-by-case basis, but will impose a 3-strike policy with ALL guests. Noise complaints, or complaints of any kind, from surrounding neighbors will constitute 2 strikes - potentially 3 strikes (grounds for removal) depending on severity.
Absolutely no Parties or Events.
Quiet Hours after 10pm - specifically outdoor noise.
Outside noise must be limited to align with surrounding area AT ALL TIMES.
Occupancy restricted to 16 persons.
Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest's personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest's stay.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
If requesting early check-in or late checkout, Host must be notified prior to confirming reservation.

Overall experience

Great Place for a Great Price!

We had a great time staying here! The house was nicer than the pictures depicted and there was a fenced in yard which was a nice surprise for us and our pups! The neighborhood was definitely not the nicest, but the neighbors seemed chill enough. Lots of loose cats, dogs, and chickens (😆) running around which was fun for us animal lovers!

Great place for the price.

Everything was good and accurate with the listing. Beds were comfy, house was clean. The neighborhood appears a little sketchy visually, but the neighbors we interacted with were nice and we never felt unsafe. The location of the house is great for the Zoo ( which is why we were in town ) & also close for any sporting events. The house could sleep 6 comfortably so a great deal for the price. Kitchen had enough stuff for us to make breakfast and snacks, but could use a little more to be perfect ( more pots& pans, paper towels or napkins.. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Cincinnati.

Area was very bad

The host was really good but hard to rest with gun shots going off several times a night. The area is very dangerous and was even told by every Uber driver ( some Uber drivers would not even come get us because they said to dangerous) also police officer told us same thing. So In 2 days got little to no rest

Property overall was great. A little sketchy at first when first getting there but me being a friendly person met some of the neighbors and they were all super friendly and nice.

Pleasant stay

This location was close to the city and parks in the area. The place was as described and comfortable. I slept well and had a nice shower. There should be a trash can placed in the bathroom. It was word to not have on there and having to carry things to the kitchen to throw it away. Also, they should consider putting a door mat inside as it was raining and we felt like we were traipsing water into the house. Not a big deal on either account, just tips for improving the stay.

The house was exactly as described. I was traveling with my dog. We had everything we needed. It was in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Courtney was easy to get in touch with and immediately responded to messages. We would love to stay again when we are back in Cincinatti!

Not what I expected

I have to say I was disappointed from the start. We received our check in contact after the check in time. The shower curtain in the bathroom had mold on it. The towels were damp when we went to use them. The sponges in the kitchen were used. The washer needed a paintbrush to hold the knob up in order for it to work. There was not enough toilet paper provided along with no paper towels or a dish towel in the kitchen. We also found a chip wrapper in the couch. The central air worked great, the water pressure was great and we were able to sleep our family of 6.

Affordable great location

Rented this because the zoo aquarium museums parks etc… was no more than 13 min away. Quiet and clean and great communication. I would def rent this property again. My kids enjoyed the stay because it felt more like home than a hotel.

Some of the house was dirty. Needs a lot more upgrades. Like more cook ware and baking sheets. Stained bath towels and master bedroom bed sheets.

Needs Improvement

Property Managers and Owners should spend a few days at the rental themselves before renting. No dressers in bedrooms, no hooks to hang towels. The bed was against the wall and screwed down so both people had to enter from the same side. No sheets on 2 beds and no extra sheets or blankets. As one landlord to another, TAKE SOME OWNERSHIP NO JUST MONEY.
