Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with beautiful neighborhoods to stay. And easy access to everything, everywhere during 5 to 10 minutes. Only 14 mins drive to King Island, Great wolf lounge and W& S Tennis Tournament in Mason. Only 13 mins to West Chester central popular clock tower area and Baseball complex!!

House bright and welcoming. Kitchen was minimally stocked with basic cookware and dinnerware. Beds are low to floor...difficult for mobility challenged individuals (one of our family members).No extra blankets. Adequate for a 2-night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Palace. We were in town to celebrate thanksgiving with family and friends. This house was perfectly suited to cook and enjoy our feast. The kids loved the game room!!! Nay was very attentive and super sweet. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a very nice location as far as being a quiet neighborhood. The house was pretty clean. There are things that need to be fixed though. At least one of the windows in the house does not lock. The front door deadbolt barely latches. There are knives in the very lowest kitchen drawer which isn’t safe for kiddos. There was also cleaning chemicals, including drano, in the bottom of an open and unlocked closet in the kitchen. The game room/garage floor was pretty dirty and there were exposed wires down there so we weren’t comfortable letting our kids play down there. This was disappointing because we were planning on using the game room for all of us. Overalls for us this home was not worth the cost.

This sunshine place was the perfect place for my family to gather and spend a few days together. Great location to fun activities for kids. Also, the fun continued in the basement of this place, where the game room was a great hit. The property administrator, Nay was very easy to reach and prompt to respond. The floors were squeaky and the outside needed some attention. But don't let that distract your attention from the beautiful inside. Very clean and spacious, the sunshine place is the perfect place for family with kids.

Property was excellent. Enjoyed the game room and close proximity to kings island and shops Would like to have known about the extra charge for pets earlier in the process. As it is listed as pet friendly
