I stayed for 3 nights and my room was terrific. My stay reflected nothing at all like the other reviews. Breakfast was great each morning, room was clean, lots of hot water etc. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We happened to visit during a remodel. We still had a nice room with a great bed. The staff was helpful when the coffee maker didn’t work and got us a new one. We had a good stay.

The hotel lobby was under renovations and dust was everywhere including the elevators. The reception clerk was curt and not client centric at all. The room bed lamp was not working and it was not clean. We would not recommend this location to anyone.

Really cool spot. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that the TVs are satellite. It rained all night, and none of the channels worked. Bit annoying.

The hotel was under renovation when we arrived. The front desk was literally a folding table in the lobby. The lobby restaurant/bar area was under construction. The continental breakfast was served on a folding table and was minimal. It was pastries from Sam's Club. We chose this hotel because it looked nice on line, had good reviews, had a restaurant on property, and included breakfast. Had we known the restaurant and breakfast wouldnt be available, we would have stayed elsewhere. The room itself was decent. It needed a few cosmetic touches and the bathroom was impossible to get in and out of. We had to step into the shower to be able to open the door to get out. The staff was nice and seemed to be working with what they had.

The hotel was a complete mess. Lobby under construction. Dust and dirt everywhere. Staff interaction was minimal, it was like they were hiding to avoid contact with guests. Shower didn't drain, hand towel holder came off the wall . Breakfast was a Nature Valley granola bar with coffee like highway asphalt! COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT...

The property is dated and it needs an upgrade but overall the staff was very nice and the hotel and rooms were clean as they could be. We had stains on our sofa in the room . There were stains in the carpet in the halls as well. I didn’t like how tight the bathroom was with t gr toilet and shower. The space was very tight and hard to manage. They have a good hit breakfast.

I hardly ever leave a bad review, but I was so disappointed in this hotel. We weren’t made aware that they were under construction, or that the continental breakfast would not be available. There was dust and equipment everywhere, even the hallways were dirty. When we got to our room, there were gummy bears and empty Capri Suns on the floor of our room, dirt in the sink, and hair in the tub. There was no sheet on the pull-out sofa bed, or pillows and blankets for it. The water for the shower never got warm. If we were planning to stay in a cheap motel, I would expect this. But not at here. The front desk was understaffed and the women there were trying their best to handle the massive influx of guests in town for various events, but were obviously not getting help from management. I won’t be going back to this hotel. If there’s construction or a change to available amenities, that should be communicated with guests before they arrive. Do better!
