The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite and informative. The only thing that I could find a problem with there was no ice.

It just looked as though they did the least they could do to get by. And, why are all of hotels in this group, run by foreigners who have trouble speaking English! It’s the same with all your properties! Since your last question did not give me the option for input under other, I’ll just say it looked cheap and the shower was not sealed!

When we pulled up I was nervous. The lobby was being remodeled so I was thinking it would be okay. Got to the room and it was terrible. Usually hotel room doors close automatically when you enter the room. Nope. I had to go back and shut the door. Toilet stopped working. I was told no one could fix it til the next day. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Hair was still on hangers from previous guests. They had no other rooms we could move to. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you just need a bed for a night. Breakfast the front desk person put bagels in the microwave then set out to be eaten.
