"Pros: The location is 10/10 - perfectly central. The flat has a good size and is newly renovated. Everything is clean and makes a good impression. The contact to the host via Whatsapp works well and fast. Private parking in an external garage is available, clean and secure. Cons: Private Parking is off-site and you have to walk a bit to get to the apartment (cross a road and then stairs!). "El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Sermione y cuenta con una posiciona de agua termal que está incluido en el precio de la habitación. La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue muy mala, ya que no hablan español y el inglés es terrible, por lo que las preguntas que hacía no daban respuestas correctas o incompletas. El hotel es muy viejo y requiere una inversión importante para actualizarlo. Hasta las camas y almohadas eran de los años 1960."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were most helpful and courteous! The position of the hotel was also very convenient and within a short walk into Bardolino. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the top floor with views over the lake was memorable and one that i will remember for a long time, it really was special!"

"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful. They were available all day until 11pm to answer questions. Staff is very knowledgeable on tourism to different towns on Lake Garda. Hotel is close to the town but also on the quieter side of Sirmione, giving us access to both peaceful part of town but also busier part of town. Room was cleaned timely and very thoroughly. I loved that our receptionist would say “buongiorno” every morning and “ciao” to greet us. Staff made hotel feel like home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in future."

"This was a perfect place to stay with our big family. Everything is small in the bungalows but big enough to comfortably sleep eat and cook. Everything was very clean. I love that. There is a restaurant in a market in the campground, which made it very convenient for meals. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we had to rent towels and we had to buy our own toilet paper. But other than that, everything was great."

"Wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable room, nice bedding, wonderful staff. The only thing I would have is a proper fridge in the room. There is one but it is set up for the mini bar. The air conditioning was not working while I was there in April. It was rather hot in my room but I could open the window. Not sure if they turn it on later in the season. "
