Selimutnya ada yang bolong, meski bersih tp jd pertanyaan. Exhaust toilet keesokan harinya mendadak berisik. Bagian front desk kurang cekatan, sekuriti di lobby jg sering menghilang... Somehow a smoking room was arranged although Hotels.com interface does not specify. Duty Manager Ms Dini and Ms Tasia were so flexible that they arranged a non smoking room for me. I really appreciate their flexible arrangement and willingness to help!
