I requested a non-smoking room but the front desk staff insisted that I requested a smoking room so she gave me a smoking room. I showed her from my reservation that I requested non-smoking room but she was unable to give me a non-smoking room. She gave me a “flexible” room where smoking is optional (basically a smoking room then??!!) and the room smelled cigarette. Pool was very nice, breakfast was good, there are a lot of attractions nearby.

Good hotel located in South jakarta. Friendly staff. My room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel was a bit worn out in the common areas.

Cool, nice, clean, and budget friendly and of course, best location, not to mention awesome rooftop bar and restaurant.
I have so much respect for the management of this hotel, and for sure i would be back.
