No problems at all

Just stayed for one night. Easy, clean, no problems at all. Shame the weather wasn’t great at the morning sun on the back of the hotel where our balcony was would have been perfect for a morning coffee. Would stay again.

Well, property is located far away from the centre. The property is ran down. Breakfast choice is very unhealthy with limited choice. Amenities are limited in the room but a lot is compensated by very friendly staff and very cheap SPA services which is one of the reasons for which I would have return there in the future. Zu

Nice rooms, a little crush

Deluxe room very clean and spacious, comfortable. Not many TV channels - basically only terrestrial. A pity. Staff very friendly and helpful. Selection at breakfast average. Coffee, for example, of poor quality. On the other hand, in the hotel 4**** we were disturbed by flies that sat on the food. It was very unappetizing. Because of this I ate very little. And a simple hygiene measure would have sufficed. Therefore, the rating of cleanliness lowered. I may return, I am not sure.

Very nice hotel and spa. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff is welcoming and friendly.The only problem we had was there was not room service on the second day, probably because it is on request and nobody informed us.

Missnöjd

Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell. Uppnår i inte nivån för 4 stjärnor. Dåligt tryck i duschen, ingen fungerande hårtork och riktigt dålig frukost. Det fanns endast kokta ägghalvor med majonäs som legat ute så länge att majonäsen torkat till mig som gluten- och laktosintolerant. Min man som inte har allergier och inte heller är kräsen åt endast pannkakor och en macka med ost. Inga rätter var uppmärkta med vad det var för något på något språk. Personalen kunde knappt engelska. Parkeringen var ok men trång om man har en kombi (volvo v60 exempelvis).

Miło i sympatycznie. Świetna ekipa w SPA. Lokalizacja na uboczu, co pewnie jest zaletą w lecie - blisko Wisła, a wadą w zimie - wszędzie daleko, smog z kominów okolicznych domów jednorodzinnych. Brak opcji wegetariańskich.

Bardzo ładne, duże i czyste pokoje, miły personel, parking na terenie obiektu. Śniadanie warto sobie dodatkowo wykupić, było pysznie, bardzo duży wybór produktów. W wolnej chwili można skorzystać z jacuzi czy sauny. Lokalizacja hotelu rewelacyjna, bardzo blisko do centrum czy nad Wisłę. Polecam!

Tutto quello che poteva andare male è andato peggio. Wifi non funzionava, TV con pochissimi canali, per la cena mi viene detto al check-in che era a buffet nel salone ma non mi viene detto che chiudeva alle 19, io sono sceso alle 19,30 e ormai era andata. Mi hanno ordinato del cibo delivery ma non era granchè. Per la colazione, scendo alle 7 per fare colazione ma apriva alle 8 e per me era tardi. Quindi niente cena ne colazione. Inoltre il personale non parla inglese (molto poco) e cosa ben piu grave, non vengono rispettate le norme anticovid (mascherine). pessima esperienza. sconsigliato.
