Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung
Very good onsen, but the pool was too cold to use. It is also advisable to let people reserve time at the pool, as some persons just take it for an inordinate amount of time.

Chateau de Chine Hotel Kaohsiung
Great hotel in Kaohsiung. Very convenient walk to the MRT (subway). The area around was quiet. Easy home base to explore around Kaohsiung with great value. Not much amenities to enjoy but not something we planned on needing or using. If you want a great value hotel, this is the place.
