"We booked a triple room and stayed for 3 nights from 29 Apr to 2 May 2026. The room is clean with tea/coffee Facility. The hotel is about 20mins to the City Center by foot. Bus stops are about 150m from the hotel. The reception staff are helpful but one of the day, our beds were not made up. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay. "

"Does not support those with disabilities. Stairs and bathroom were problems. Too rustic to make accommodations. Great location. Fine restaurant. We left after 30 minutes. We forfeited all prepaid costs. Not pleased with Expedia either. "

"Our room was so big!!! We had plenty of of space for 3 adults. Perfect view of the castle and large bathroom and shower. Highly recommend! Perfect location!"

"Had issues with AC they said they fixed it but didn’t inform us until we were checking out. Would have been helpful if we had been told the day it was fixed so as we could have enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was very quaint. The location was perfect. "
